About Nomad Trails Development, LLC

Brett Shoffner and Ethan Anderson formed Nomad Trails Development, LLC in November
2019, after existing as a general partnership under Missouri law since January of 2019. Ethan
and Brett met while working in Northwest Arkansas building mountain bike trails at the Great
Passion Play. Opportunity slowed there, so they set out traveling the country to bring quality
construction efforts to projects around the country. In 11 short months, Brett and Ethan have
worked on projects in California, Texas, Colorado, North Dakota, Missouri, and Ohio providing
needed experience for a range of natural surface trail developments. Ethan and Brett specialize in mountain bike specific and bike park trail construction, stone work and rock masonry, and
multiuse singletrack. But, also take on projects ranging from crushed granite or compacted
limestone trails, hiking specific trails, horse or OHV trails. We have learned from some of the
best builders in the business today, have completed several contracts with and come
recommended by multiple Professional Trail Building Association (PTBA) member companies
(we plan on joining 2021), and our two-person team provides unparalleled flexibility and
professionalism within projects.
