About Casa Di Terra
Casa Di Terra was formed when I began building rammed earth houses (CDT='house of earth'). This shifted to strawbale and then to dual wall high-efficiency homes. Our speciality then transitioned from Platinum LEED houses to our current obsession, exotic landscapes.
Casa Di Terra FB has some examples of Ferrocement and the amazing features you can make like underground passages, grottos, atriums, cisterns, towers, faux bois and more on our FB page.
Over 25 years of excavator operation and trail building has allowed us to integrate all these talents together for amazing passages featuring suspension bridges, stone arched bridges, flowy trails, amazing arbor work and stone craftmanship that improves any trail effort.

Casa Di Terra is a full-service trail company that can consult with you to provide the best options for your trail project development. Design work, Training, Development and Assessment work are all areas we can help your vision come to life.
Based in Nevada City California, our normal working range is around 4 hours from base. We specialize in extended service relationships with land managers providing annual professional consulting and design services. Because of this, we usually are unable to entertain projects without significant advance notice because of our waiting list. Please keep this in mind for soliciting work. Most professional companies are booked 6 months to 2 years out.
